At W.V. The W.V. Development team has completed over $400M worth of projects, with each project totaling anywhere from a few hundred thousand dollars to $50M in value. With a combined team experience and knowledge in working on projects in private and public sectors primarily consisting of commercial, residential, multi-family, healthcare, assisted living and memory care, K-12, higher ed, industrial/manufacturing, and several others.
Vance has been a resident of the CSRA for 8 years now. Originally being a native of south GA, Vance grew up around residential and light commercial construction while working with his father as a plumber. Following High School graduation, Vance attended and graduated from GA Southern University in 2010 with a BS in Construction Management and a minor in Business Management. Upon graduation from GA Southern, Vance accepted a position working for a mechanical contractor for several years as an HVAC mechanic. Vance was then recruited by a commercial and residential roofing company, where he served as roofing superintendent and project manager across multiple states for several years, prior to accepting a position with Parrish Construction Group out of Perry, GA as an assistant Project Manager. Later on, Vance relocated to the CSRA upon accepting a position as a Project Manager for a reputable and established commercial construction firm, where he served in project management for several years before starting WV Development, LLC. Vance is married to Lauren Perkins, who is a longtime resident of the CSRA, where she has worked as a pediatric occupational therapist for many years. Lauren and Vance have one child, Wyatt, and they currently reside in Lincoln County GA.

Brannon’s career in construction began in 2005, and since then, he has accumulated valuable experience in various sectors. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in construction management from Georgia Southern University, he brings a strong focus on quality control, effective subcontractor management, and fostering positive customer relations to his role at W.V. Development. His expertise covers a wide spectrum of project types, including commercial, medical, educational, industrial, and residential developments. This breadth of experience ensures that he can offer diverse and tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client. Brannon’s commitment to excellence extends beyond the construction site. His personal life, including his ten-year marriage to Hilary Aycock Daniel, who works from home, and their two children, Henley and Benjamin, serves as a source of inspiration for his work. This dedication to his family underscores the personalized and attentive approach he brings to every project he undertakes.

Vance was then recruited by a commercial and residential roofing company out of middle GA, where he served as roofing superintendent and project manager across multiple states for several years, prior to accepting a position with Parrish Construction Group out of Perry, GA as an assistant Project Manager. While building a school for Parrish Construction Group in Thomson, GA, Vance relocated to the CSRA upon accepting a position as a Project Manager for a reputable and established commercial construction firm, where he served in project management for several years prior to starting WV Development, LLC. During Vance’s time working as a project manager, Vance and his project teams successfully completed over $400M worth of projects, with each project totaling anywhere from a few hundred thousand dollars to $50M in value. As a result, Vance has experience and knowledge in working on projects in private and public sectors primarily consisting of commercial, multi-family, healthcare, assisted living and memory care, K-12, higher ed, industrial/manufacturing, and several others.
